It gives us great pleasure to announce that Maciej Adamczyk, has passed his Chartered Professional Review with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).

Maciej joined Richter's Krakow, Poland office in August 2021 as a Senior Design Engineer, and has gone from strength to strength in his time with the business, now taking up his new role as Principal Engineer.

Michal Wodynski, Director said, "Maciej is one of the best Engineers I had privilege to work with. His technical abilities, holistic approach to projects and problem solving are at an exceptionally high level.

I am honoured to be able to call myself his mentor in the past. It was always clear to me that, the title of Chartered Civil Engineer would be an obvious milestone in his Engineering career.

It was understanding of Engineering, responsible approach to safety and great interpersonal skills demonstrated to ICE reviewers that allowed him to achieve this goal.

Maciej, you have a great career ahead and many future achievements!”

Maciej told us how this achievement is a huge milestone for him;" It has been a journey of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, but now I am relieved and overjoyed to have accomplished this milestone. This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support of Michal Wodynski, who has been guiding and mentoring me from the very beginning of my career. Special thanks also go to Stewart Carolan-Evans for being my lead sponsor and to Paul Boddy for making sure that I was well-prepared for the review."

From everyone at Richter, congratulations Maciej, very well deserved.
